European Roulette Rules Basics
Roulette game is played at the table with the specially created wheel and numbered chart called the game layout. European roulette rules are pretty simple to understand. At first the gamblers make bets by placing colored chips on the number sections. All roulette players have opportunity to place inside bets (on several or one definite numbers) and outside bets (on a group of numbered sections). The croupier spins the roulette wheel and lands the roulette ball on the outward line of the roulette wheel. Whilst the wheel slows down the players are able to finish placing bets. According to the European roulette rules it is banned to make more bets once the roulette dealer shouts “No more bets!” After the roulette ball rests at a definite wheel section the winner is indicated.
